The Service department, also known as The Guys in Red, are always ready to support you and your crew anywhere in the world. As well as during the construction stage, De Keizer also has the trust of its international clients when it comes to after-sales activities based on our professional support and service. The performance of a superyacht relies on regular professional maintenance and the right support at the right time. De Keizer has an experienced, international 24/7-operating service team that is always available, whenever and wherever they are needed. This is why our guys in red are known throughout the superyacht world.
Service and support
The complexity and volume of onboard technology is constantly increasing, partly because more and more systems are being integrated. If you or your engineer need assistance on the water or in port, our professional team is at your service, 24/7; with advice by phone or e-mail for simple questions, or by logging in remotely for direct problem solving. Should you still require personal assistance or need parts, an adjustment or an upgrade, we also offer hands-on assistance by one of our service personnel on site. They have full access to the materials from our central storage facility in Zaandam (near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport) and from the stock of our suppliers.

Good regular maintenance is the best way to retain the value of your yacht, and the continuity of systems and installations is essential to keep her operational. As systems continue to increase in complexity, proper preventive maintenance is a must. De Keizer has efficiently organised all the activities involved in periodic maintenance so that you can visit our facilities in Barcelona, Palma and Antibes at the start or end of the sailing season.
We organise periodical maintenance in accordance with your wishes and schedule, and all the information and documentation related to vessels on which De Keizer has systems installed is carefully stored and updated by our engineers. This ensures that your electronic systems are always in tip-top shape, parts are replaced in due time and failures are prevented. Your yacht will always be ready for use and meet the maintenance requirements of the classification agencies.

In addition to support and maintenance contracts we also provide training for your engineer in using, for example, our Dekasis system, at our head office in Zaandam.
